Early Bird Fee Outline (Available through February 14th)

Registered Student/Accompanying Adult - $1500 (NO student under the age of 18 may attend NCSI without adult accompaniment)

The fee includes

1.) Tuition for 1 Registered Student

2.) Housing for 1 Registered Student and 1 Accompanying Adult

3.) Meals for both student and adult Sunday dinner through Friday breakfast

4.) Access to the beach and a pool!

You may add any of the following options to the "Registered Student/Accompanying Adult" bundle described above:

Additional Registered Student - $775

The fee includes

1.) Tuition for 1 Registered Student

2.) Housing for 1 Registered Student

3.) Meals for 1 Registered Student Sunday dinner through Friday breakfast

4.) Access to the beach and a pool!

Additional Non-Registered Child (Ex: sibling on campus not attending classes)- $325

The fee includes

1.) Housing for 1 child

2.) Meals for 1 child Sunday dinner through Friday breakfast

3.) Access to the beach and a pool!

Additional Adult- $750

The fee includes

1.) Housing for 1 adult

2.) Meals for 1 adult Sunday dinner through Friday breakfast

3.) Access to the beach and a pool!

Registration Procedures

Within 7 days of registering for the North Carolina Suzuki Institute (NCSI), you will receive an invoice which can be paid online. Registration includes a $100 non-refundable registration fee deposit per participant. 

Cancellation of registration & refunds: Due to commitments to the Trinity Center and NCSI faculty, in the event that you decide to cancel your registration, a refund of 50% of all fees (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) will be returned if email or postal notice of cancellation is received by March 15, 2026. Registrations that are cancelled between March 15, 2026 and April 15, 2026 will receive a refund of 25% all fees (less the $100 non-refundable deposit). Cancellations after April 15, 2026 forfeit all fees. If you register after April 15, 2026 and you decide to cancel your registration, all fees are forfeited.

Please note: there will be no refunds for late arrivals or early checkouts.
